If an appointment is canceled 24 hours or more in advance of the beginning of testing, we will completely refund your payment.
If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time due to illness or family emergency, we do not guarantee a refund but will attempt to reschedule the appointment for a later date. Once testing has begun, it must be completed in the same test session. Our test sessions are:
Fall: August 15–November 30
Winter: December 1–February 28
Spring: March 1–June 15
